This course is designed for School leaders, teachers, and other support staff interested in building youth resilience. Participants will examine How to use a social emotional framework to categorize skills youth develop at different states. They will also explore the use of storytelling to help students face new challenges and develop De-escalation/support practices to meet youth mental health needs as well as new strategies to support youth resilience.

Training for practitioners that work in ECE (Pre K – 3rd) spaces. This session focuses on brain development for children 3 to 8 years of age, creating a system for scheduling, routines, and effective transition strategies. Participants will create a classroom schedule featuring a warm welcome, circle time objectives, transition strategies, and optimistic closing.
Equips participants with the tools to effectively support adult and/or youth facilitators. Attendees will explore diverse learning styles, effective listening techniques, and inclusive language to foster an engaging and equitable learning environment.
