The SEL Guide for Secondary Learners is based on the five Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making. It was a collaborative effort by Big Thought Institute’s Professional Learning Team and Big Thought’s Community Action Team.
